It is the author’s intent to write and compile a second book that will include selections of these personal accounts to illustrate and refine elements of the original Zendurance text. Your contributions are valuable and appreciated.

Consider these questions when you write: What are some of your favorite techniques for refining your Zendurance approach to training and racing? Are these applicable to your everyday life outside of athletics? Feel free to include any relevant background – for example, your years of experience in athletics and triathlon, and your race and distance preferences.
